Depression
We have all experienced periods of where we feel depressed at times. Depression is where you feel down due to a loss, frustrations, failures, disappointments, arguments and separations and various other reasons.

The feeling of “being down” is short-term. However, for some, these depressive periods last a lot longer, months and in some cases years. 350 million people are affected by depression, each year, in one way or another. Some of the symptoms of depression include:
- Anxiety
- Loss of energy
- Feeling defeated or trapped
- Negative view of the present/future
- Loss of libido
- Sleep disturbances.
- Anger
Depression can be more life impairing than many major chronic diseases and it can also affect those around you and your relationships. Depression can affect people at all ages. However, men often feel that they do not need any help and that things will fix themselves. No one will think any less of you if you get help. Do not let the pressures of day-to-day life or depression control you.
I will work with you to find the root cause of why you feel depressed. Utilising hypnotherapy, relaxation, positive direct suggestions, breathing techniques alongside self-hypnosis and visualisations; your mind will be reprogrammed, putting you back in control and feeling confident. Depression can be a cycle and that cycle needs to be broken.
