About Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy utilises the state of hypnosis to bypass the critical conscious mind and communicate directly with the unconscious or subconscious mind, using positive direct suggestions, which help to change your mind set.
During The Sessions
The first session will usually last between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes; comprising of an initial consultation allowing you to ask any relevant questions or raise any concerns and putting your mind at ease. This also provides me the opportunity to gain an in depth knowledge of the problem(s) that you are experiencing. Gaining a thorough understanding of your situation, as well as what you are looking to achieve in which I will tailor your therapy sessions to suit you.
Recovery is not one and done.
It is a lifelong journey that takes place in one day.

HYPNOTHERAPY
Therapy sessions are 1 hour, which include a catch-up, from the previous session, and how you got on since then. Sessions can run in to 90 minutes, which is totally fine; as I can understand that there may be some issues or if there are anything that you would like to further discuss.
1 hour/ 1Hour 15 Minutes £170
Consultations are free and last between 1 hour and 1hour 15 minutes, which includes a relaxation and a breathing technique. Thereafter, sessions will last for 60 minutes and cost £170.
TINTING
*patch test is required before any tinting, and it requires a tiny amount of dye applied behind your ear or in the crease of your elbow, which is left on overnight. Application of this test takes only 30 seconds to do.*

HOT STONES
A Hot stone massage will begin with a traditional massage of your choice, is a well being or a deep tissue message. I will then place heated stones on Key acupressure points.
Hot stone therapy is a specialist massage that uses smooth, flat heated baslat stones. Typically used for massages as they have a rich I am content that retains heat. The stones will be heated in water to 120 to 130 degrees.
